If you do not have cPanel access, you can set up forwarding in your KiwiData Client Area using the Domain & Email Forwarding tool.

Email Account Forwarders
Step 1: Log in to your cPanel account.
Step 2: In the Email section, click on Forwarders, then click Add Forwarder.
Step 3: On the Add a New Forwarder page:
- In the Address to Forward field, enter the email prefix (e.g.
my-emailformy-email@example.com). - If you have multiple domains, select the correct domain from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Under Destination, select Forward to Email Address, then enter the email address you want messages forwarded to.
Final Step: Click Add Forwarder to save.
How to Forward Emails to a Mail Pipe Script / Program
- Follow Step 1–3 above.
- Under Destination, click Advanced Options.
- Select Pipe to a Program and enter the full path to your script, for example:
home/username/public_html/myemailpipe.php
(Do not include quotes. Note: No leading slash is required.) - Click Add Forwarder.
